Because Focus is everything when that wooden stick was on the ground at that time your focus was on that particular stick and on crossing that stick, but when that same wooden stick with same physics was kept between two buildings, your focus shifts from that stick to the fear of falling down and this shifting of focus becomes the actual reason for your falling down. similarly, reason for your lack of motivation is, instead of keeping your focus on an achievement and success which you will get by doing a hard work you shift it to problems worries and failure and to negative things which eventually decreases our motivation and make us fall before crossing or completing our goals hence try ti keep your focus on particular rewards and success which you will get by doing hard work and avoid focusing on failure and negative things.

No. 3) Stay Hungry in 19796 when Arnold was trying for hollywood leaving his body building career, at that time author got a chance to take his interview at that time Arnold was not much famous and hardly people knows about him Even author was not much interested in Taking Arnold’s interview however it was his job, so he has taken Arnold’s interview, In an Interview author ask a question Like what’s you future plan after leaving body building career? what you want to do next? for this Arnold replied him very calmly and patiently while having his food, That Now i will become a huge star of Hollywood Listening to this author felt like laughing, because at that time There wasn’t any star or actor who was having such a huge budy and at that time there was trend of slim body actor, in fact people don’t use to like body builders and directors were not interested in taking such body builders in their movie. So author hiding his smile, asked him again Ok how you will do that? how you will make your actor dream possible? again Arnold replied very calmly, same way i fulfilled my body building dream:) By making a vision and by thinking about it what you want to achieve take action accordingly for it and by believing that i have already achieved my goals and Just now i am living my dream life, Author didn’t got his point, but still he wrote it down and went from there After few years, where author saw news on television, he was in shock that arnold second movie terminator has become a huge hit and he has become a popular star of hollywood and even others actor were inspired of him, and started working on their body Trend of Body building still exist. all this thing becomes possible just because of Arnold simple plan. and the plan was staying Hungry, Example, You must have gone through this, when you were very hungry soo hungry that you can’t even think about thing else apart from food. well if this thing has happened to you, then its really good, because this same thing you can apply for your goals and dreams means stay hungry till you don’t achieve your goal be so hungry that you can’t think about anything else apart from your goals keep visualising your goals as much as you can just like Arnold because this thing will motivate you and also help you to achieve your goals.

No.4) Fake it In Previous Point what Author didn’t understood about Arnold’s plan, this point clear’s that You must be aware of many psychological principles which tells that How self-lie can be beneficial for most of the time. Example, if you feel sad, at that time if you tell yourself, no i am not sad i am feeling great i am feeling happy and try to smile forcefully, because of this fake smile, your brain will receive a fake signal that yes you are feeling happy and in real you will start feeling great compare to earlier similarly if you try to make yourself believe that yes you can do it i am very much motivated and i have that courage and strength and i can and i will achieve my goals..etc or if you fake like Arnold and make yourself believe that you are living your dream life this thing will keep you motivated and in real it will help you to fulfil your dreams Many people say that not to be fake or don’t be fake, but the actual fact is, if you can get a great positive outcome by being fake, then try to fake it until and unless you don’t convert your fake believe into reality There is also An English Idiom(saying), Fake it Until you make it.
NUMBER FIVE
No.5) Sweat in Peace time. There is a saying in Navy seals, Sweat more in Normal or Peace time otherwise you have ti bleed more in the time of battle and what’s the connection of this saying with motivation you’ll come to know very soon. Steve and rett had learned this saying when they were kid, when they used to practice baseball league, opposite team with whom they used to practice were elder to them and they used to throw ball very fast throw was so fast that steve and rett just can’t see the ball and unable to play it and they used to lose quickly because of which their motivation related to championship started decreasing to deal with this situation, what they did, they went to their home and took their father’s golf ball golf balls are very small compare to base balls and started practicing with golf ball standing very near to each other. because of this what happened difficulty level increased however golf ball was small, looking for it was quiet difficult and ball used to come fast because they used to throw it from near and it also swings Due to Regular practice what happened, when competition started playing with baseball becomes really easy for them, steve and rett used to find it really easy They used to play very smoothly and because of it they scored many home run and made their team win. Here this story says, if we prepare ourselves for difficult situation first then handling normal situation will become really easy for us and we also be motivated because the reason for lack of motivation is the fear which is there within us if we lose or something like this, which doesn’t allow us to move ahead in life and stay motivated another example is of Dangal movie where Aamir khan make his daughters fight with boys at the time of practice because of which in real competition those girls find easy to fight with other girls and they used to win easily Even muhammad ali used to practice with an opponent who is much more stronger than the opponent he is going to fight inside the real ring because of which he used to find easy to have a real fight with that less powerful opponent Hence even you practice difficult thing and situation first this thing will make you strong and also keep you motivated .

No. 6) Know the buttons You must have seen Aeroplane Cockpit where pilot sits and handle plane, in that cockpit there are different buttons which functions differently Now imagine if those pilots doesn’t know about those buttons they don’t know which button functions and works for what so you tell me will that be a good news for you? will they able to fly that plane properly Similarly even we are the pilot of our life where we have different kind of buttons or can say triggers, which impact us in different ways and keep us motivated and it is important for us to know about it there can be some songs which can act as trigger which can make us feel excited awesome and there can be some songs which can make us feel sad there can be some kind of videos which make us feel motivated and inspired us to take actions and some make us feel bad some friends motivate us in our life and encourage us to move forward and there can be some friends who demotivate us similarly various other things makes you feel different emotions in your life as trigger or buttons so what you have to do, is to find about those buttons and triggers as much as possible in short you must be aware about yourself nicely and completely like what motivates you and what makes you feel bad or demotivated. and after knowing about those buttons, use them in your life and always stay motivated.

No. 7) Note it down(write it down) Author steve has taken a seminar, after that seminar gets over a person came to him with a question, and said that i start doing a lot of work but i am unable to finish those task so what’s the solution for this? what should i do which affirmation i should use so that i can finish those tasks? so author replied to him, that your problem will not get solved with an affirmations instead you have to make your believe system strong means author says your believe system has become very weak. because of which, it has become really very difficult for you to complete or finish any task so solution for this is really very simple, at start give yourself small and simple tasks which you can complete very easily and then select any one task amongst those simple tasks and finish it and as that task gets completed note it down in your note book do tick on that task which indicates that you have completed it similarly repeat the process for all the task which you have given yourself because of this what will happen, that your believe system will start becoming strong and this thing will make you realise that yes you are capable enough to finish any thing or any work and ones this believe system becomes strong you will be able to complete any task not matter big or small if you face similar problem of not completing any work then you can use this technique and can make your believe system strong.
