Tony Robbins( author) was going to his seminar after attending his big business meeting with his jet helicopter while watching outside scenery he suddenly realised that yes finally he is living his dream life, while looking down through his jet helicopter, he saw a building, which looks very familiar to him so he ask pilot to land his jet near that building, and after coming out of that jet he realises That it is the same building where he used to work as a janitor he leaves from there to attend his seminar, he then suddenly notices that the way or road which goes to his even location is blocked due to heavy traffic looking at it, he hopes that people who are going to attend his seminar reach nicely on time and people don’t have to face this traffic problem but after reaching event venue he understands that the reason behind heavy traffic was his seminar attenders Tony was expecting that around 2 thousand people will come to attend his seminar But surprisingly the list of attenders was 7 thousand and the auditorium limit where seminar was actually going to happen was only 5 thousand because of which many people didn’t got a space to stand or sit, everyone was meeting tony very nicely they were shaking hands with him, looking all this love and sweet gestures tony become very emotional he became nostalgic, that few years back how he was sitting in his small room alone and crying because of his life problems and issues while listening to a sad sond at that moment, he told himself that it’s enough now that i will change every bad thing of my life and will achieve every good thing which i deserve i will raise standard of my life, and will not live my life the way i am living right now  at that decision taken by him at that moment changed everything in his life and made him so successful author believes that in every individual there is a hidden giant which has the capability, courage and power to fulfil all his dreams and goals. he has that guts and strength, which is required tony has that giant within him, and even you have it but the major problem is, that giant is sleeping within us author after making that decision did many things took many actions and awaken his giant because of which he able to achieve his dream life so today i will share author’s those specific steps and principle’s with you with the help of which even you will be able to awake your giant and will able to achieve your dream life so let’s begin. 1) Decisions Tony life started changing when he has taken a strong decision  That now he will change everything in his life if he wouldn’t have taken such decision nothing would have changed The most important thing which creates difference between successful people and loser’s Is their Decision’s every single morning, every single person has some options, choices to make decisions such as, decision of either to get up early in the morning and do exercise or to get up late decision of reading book daily at least for few minutes or watching television and wasting time and decisions of hanging out with useless people or learning from mentors etc. successful people take more decision every day compare to unsuccessful people which awakens the giant within them. whereas on the other side, most people giant never wake up to achieve their goals because of two   reasons first they usually never take decisions or avoid it and second they don’t understand the difference between decision and a wish example, many people think, that from tomorrow on wards, they will have healthy food , will do exercise they will read books etc but as next day comes, they again come to their lazy life because doing all those things were not their decision but just a wish after decision an immediate action must be taen if you fail to take action after making a decision then it’s not your decision but just a wish  Do remember, every individual’s future always depends on their three decisions and with the help of these three decisions they can start changing their life whenever they want to No.1 decision amongst three is, YOUR DECISION ABOUT WHAT TO FOCUS ON  Meaning your decision on which thing you will give your focus example, Now it is your decision whether you want to keep your focus on this video and on my explanation and to learn new things or its your decision to focus on your friend talk or anything else while watching this video Second, YOUR DECISION ABOUT WHAT THINGS MEANS TO YOU. Meaning, what meaning you will remove for the things which is happening with you? example, while watching this video what meaning you will remove Are you deciding that these thing are useful and knowledgeable which will help you in your future or you are finding this video knowledge not so useful and taking decision or planning to avoid it. and lastly third point and the most important, Your DECISION ABOUT WHAT TO DO, meaning, to decide anytime what you want to do right now. example, will you take decision of playing any game after watching this video or will you decide to write down important point from this video so that you can remember that useful knowledge and you can use them in real life to achieve your goals tony says if you learn to have control over these three decisions, then you will be able to do anything No.2)Triple PPP Through previous point you must have understood how important decisions are for awaking the giant  within you But the problem is, it is really very difficult to take a right decision and the reason for it, is we have no idea about how to apply and use triple PPP Whatever actions decisions we take or we do not take, at the core level it happens because of two reasons First, to avoid pain, meaning so that we do not have to suffer any paing and second reason TO GAIN PLEASURE, Meaning so that we feel good and everything depends on these two things hence author calls it Triple PPP. Meaning The pain and the pleasure principle Enough people know, that reading self-help books will help you to become successful but still many people take decision of not reading why? because instead of associating it with pleasure, they knowingly or unknowingly linked books with pain in their mind. meaning as they start reading book, they start generating pain of getting bore or putting lot of efforts all short term pain will start coming in their mind, which will not allow them to think about the long term  pleasure which will not allow them to read book as well so the solution for this problem, whenever you want to do anything as per this example, if you want to read book and you are finding it hard then start associating it with  pleasure start thinking about long term benefits and start thinking it as the most pleasurable thing whereas on the other side and link pain with not reading books, and think if you don’t read books what all difficulties you will face similarly start associating things with pain and pleasure this will make book reading easy for you. No.3) Believe, Tony comes to know the importance of believe when he was taking an interview of Barnie Siegal who was the doctor and professor of yale university Bernie was doing a Research on various Multi personality disorder patients while doing it, he has seen various shocking things like patients had such a strong believe about their multi personality that when their personality used to get change, their eye colour also gets change from blue to brown and from brown to blue in front of the doctore with their personality change their body marks used to appear and disappear. In fact their illness also such as diabetes, blood pressure etc appears and disappears according to their personality change. Believe has a lot of power, it can not only change you emotionally but physically too, and that too in lesser time as i explained with this example hence it is really very important for us to use this tool which has unlimited power in right and proper way to change our life, many important things which is required and needed to grow in your life directly or indirectly depends on your believe like your decisions, your actions and the capabilities of doing anything etc. example, if you believe that you will not be able to read books it’s not your cup of tea, so guess what, you will actually not able to read book. you will not be able to take solid decision of reading books, because of which you will not able to take action and if someone force you to read then too you will not have much capability to finish it. hence it is important for you to do two things, first remove this type of negative believes and second start developing string empowering believes in you which will help you to live and fulfil your dream life and goals. and again to do this, you have to use pain and pleasure principle the way i have explained in previous point. No.4) NAC Usually People want to change Two things in their life, First either their feelings or experience about something like If someone has faced break up or anything bad has happened to them because of which they feel bad or negative they wanted to overcome or change that feelings and experience and the second thing someone wants to change their behaviour or habit example behaviour or habit of smoking or their overeating problem or anything like, this means bad habit or behaviour etc. so to make this possible author has given NAC Technique NAC Means Neuro Association Conditioning Every behaviour or feeling starts with our brain (mind) and by changing our mind or brain Neuro association we can easily change ourselves our feelings and behaviour or in short with the use of NAC you can easily run your life the way you wanted and can achieve anything. To make this possible with the use of NAC, The very first step comes is Deciding and Preventing Decide what exactly you want in your life, what change you want to bring in your life Because most of the time what happen, people focus on things which they do not want Because of this wrong focus what happens, they start getting things what they don’t want. and clear the things which is not letting you achieve your gaols again whatever thing which is stopping you or preventing you is basically related to two basic pillars of human decision, which is pain and pleasure which bring us to two steps, here whatever thing which isn’t allowing you to achieve your goals associate or link that thing with massive pain example link your laziness, overeating problems and all the things which has created a lot of problems in your past and can cause issues to your future if you do not change with massive pain and if you change what all pleasure you will get from that change link that with pleasure The stronger link you form by thinking and by asking different and various questions about it the more change will become easier for you and also achieving goals will become easy. These are few things which has helped tony to achieve his dream life
